About Job :

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical Senior Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in the Banking domain and Dynamics CRM to join our growing team.

In this role, you will ensure product quality in critical and large banking projects, define and execute test strategies, and drive automation initiatives across multiple platfor.

What you will be doing :

- Perform functional and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Retail, Corporate, Sales, Contact Center etc.)

- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports

- Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.

- Take ownership of defect management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions

- Actively learn and adopt new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing, to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering technical and professional growth.

What we are looking for :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 5+ years of QA experience in the banking domain and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are must

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional testing with different modules is must

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks is a strong plus

- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter, or similar)

- Proficiency in test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)

- Ability to write SQL queries for data validation

- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, including active participation in sprint planning and retrospectives

- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and ensuring product quality

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts, business stakeholders

- ISTQB Foundation or advanced certifications are a plus

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
