Were on the lookout for a Senior Quality Engineer whos passionate about delivering bulletproof software, building reliable test automation, and championing quality at every stage of the SDLC.

What You'll Do :

- Own test strategy, planning, and execution across complex platforms and projects.

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

- Validate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end business scenarios across D365 modules.

- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to identify and troubleshoot defects early in the lifecycle.

- Ensure test coverage for customizations, configurations, and integrations within D365 ecosystem.

- Maintain test documentation and track defects through tools like JIRA and X-Ray.

- Participate in sprint planning and drive test automation and continuous testing initiatives.

- Ensure high-quality delivery through proactive risk identification and mitigation.

You Bring :

- 3- 5 years of hands-on QA experience, with at least 2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing.

- Solid understanding of CRM modules, workflows, entities, business rules, and plug-ins.

- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and scripts.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and X-Ray for test management.

- Exposure to building robust automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration) using tools such as Selenium,

Playwright, or Cypress.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Basic understanding of Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter, k6) and Security Testing concepts.
