About the Role :
We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Manager to own and drive the end-to-end quality strategy for large-scale, enterprise-grade software products. This leadership role requires a strong balance of hands-on QA expertise, Agile delivery knowledge, and people management capabilities to ensure consistently high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, implement, and lead the overall QA strategy across multiple enterprise projects.
- Drive test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting aligned with Agile delivery models.
- Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to align quality objectives.
- Oversee test case design, prioritization, and execution to meet delivery and release timelines.
- Lead defect triage, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Mentor, manage, and scale high-performing QA teams, fostering a culture of quality ownership.
- Conduct quality audits, process assessments, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and enforce QA standards, best practices, documentation, and governance frameworks.
- Champion automation strategies, tools adoption, and modern QA methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging QA trends, tools, and industry best practices.
