Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative communication solutions, which leverage CPaaS and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Quality Assurance Leadership : Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality standards for our CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions.

- Test Planning and Execution : Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing products, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionalities.

- Automation : Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. Maintain and enhance existing automation suites.

- Bug Tracking and Resolution : Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Performance Testing : Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure our solutions can handle high volumes of traffic and user interactions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that QA processes are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

- Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.

- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Postman, k6, Grafana, JMeter, or similar.

- Domain Knowledge : Experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, or related fields is highly desirable.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Tools : Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
