Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our telehealth applications. You will design and execute test plans, build automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and user-friendly products that handle sensitive healthcare data with precision. Must be confident about his skills.


Responsibilities :


- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scripts. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.

- Test backend services, APIs, and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Firebase, AWS-based services).

- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to ensure feature quality.

- Ensure healthcare data security and compliance standards (HIPAA/GDPR). Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.

- Monitor production systems, perform root cause analysis, and provide detailed defect reports.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for best practices in testing.


Requirements :


- 5-6+ years of proven experience in QA (manual and automation).

- Strong expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or similar). Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar).

- Experience testing APIs with Postman/Newman or equivalent tools.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc. ).

- Solid knowledge of backend testing, database validation, and cloud environments (AWS, Firebase).

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect tracking, and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc. ).

- Familiarity with healthcare systems, HIPAA-compliant testing, or sensitive data handling is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
