Senior QA Engineer Agentic AI & Chatbot (Sierra)

Location : Bangalore Manyata Tech Park

Work Mode : Hybrid 3 days from office

Joining : Immediate / Early Joiners preferred

Mandatory Requirement :

Hands-on experience in Sierra Agentic AI Chatbot Testing is mandatory and non-negotiable. Candidates without Sierra Agentic AI chatbot testing experience will not be considered.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Deliver quality assurance across Sierra Agentic AI chatbot and the Service Cloud chat channel.

- Perform functional, regression and integration testing across chat workflows.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of AI agent conversational flows.

- Perform AI/chatbot-specific testing, including hallucination detection and validation.

- Validate response accuracy and intent matching.

- Test edge cases and adversarial inputs.

- Validate conversation flow integrity and fallback behavior.

- Develop and maintain test automation.

- Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.

- Ensure production readiness and provide QE sign-off for releases.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 6 to 8+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Sierra Agentic AI chatbot testing.

- Experience in AI, chatbot or conversational AI testing.

- Strong experience in functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.

- Experience testing AI agent responses and conversational workflows.

- Knowledge of hallucination detection, response accuracy and intent validation.

- Experience with edge-case and adversarial testing.

- Strong test automation experience.

- Service Cloud/Salesforce experience is preferred.

- Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to work from Manyata Tech Park 3 days a week.

- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
