Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our Quality Engineering initiatives for the RIB 4.0 product line. This is a strategic leadership role where youll define and implement modern automation strategies, build frameworks, manage QA teams, and pioneer the integration of AI in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and effort estimations.

- Mentor and manage a team of SDETs and QA Engineers.

- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment of quality goals with business objectives.

- Explore and implement AI-driven testing solutions (e.g., AI for flaky tests, data generation, visual regression).

- Integrate continuous testing with CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze quality metrics and drive timely improvements.

- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Automation Framework Development : Hands-on experience in building & maintaining custom frameworks.

- Test Strategy & Planning : Strong grasp of planning, execution, and team alignment.

- Team Handling & Stakeholder Management : Experience in managing QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Version Control & Tools : Basic working knowledge of GitHub, JIRA.

- DevOps Understanding : Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
