Roles and responsibilities :

- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.

- Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system.

- Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions.

- Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process.

- Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability & performance.

- Conduct compatibility tests with multiple devices, OS, browsers, and screen sizes.

- Use Automation tools / online tools available to speed up the QA process.

Skills Required :

- Experience with website, web application, and mobile apps testing.

- Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium.

- Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.

- Knowledge of bug tracking systems (Bugzilla, Jira).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
