Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with over 7 years of experience in mobile application testing, specifically on Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools like Appium or Detox and a strong foundation in mobile QA best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts and ensuring the quality of mobile applications before release.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications using Appium or Detox.

- Perform functional, regression, and UI testing for mobile apps.

- Analyze test results, debug issues, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application features and requirements.

- Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.

- Ensure test coverage, quality, and performance for all mobile releases.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in QA for Android and iOS applications.

- Strong experience in mobile automation testing using Appium or Detox.

- Excellent understanding of mobile testing tools, frameworks, and techniques.

- Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests in build pipelines.

- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Programming/scripting experience in JavaScript, Java, or Python.

- Experience with cloud testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
