Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

A Sr. QA Engineer is responsible for end-to-end testing flows, develop robust automation scripts, and ensure superior product quality through advanced testing strategies and stakeholder collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Test Design & Execution : Leads test case design and reviews, handles complex scenarios.

- Bug Reporting & Tracking : Reviews bug reports, ensures quality and priority.

- Requirement Analysis : Drives requirement analysis discussions.

- Automation Testing : Mandatory - Advanced scripting and framework exposure.

- Test Planning & Strategy : Leads planning for features/modules.

- Communication & Collaboration : Cross-functional communication including PM/DevOps.

- Mentoring & Leadership : Mentors juniors and peers.

- Tool Expertise : Expertise in tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Git.

- Development/Deployment Process : Actively involved in prevention, validation, and risk mitigation during deployments.

- Client/Stakeholder Interaction : Regular updates and reporting.

- Ownership & Accountability : Owns features/end-to-end flows.

Requirements & Skills :

- 4-7 years of QA experience.

- Advanced automation skills and test strategy design.

- Strong leadership in quality processes.

- Minimum 1 year of automation testing experience.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Familiarity with industry-standard QA tools.
