Job Description: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Python + AI-Assisted Development)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, Selenium, automation framework development, and AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable automation solutions, integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines, and effectively leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, test design, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.

- Automate Web and Desktop applications.

- Implement and maintain Page Object Model (POM) frameworks.

- Create and execute automated test cases for functional and regression testing.

- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate automation development, debugging, and test design.

- Analyze failures, debug issues, and improve test reliability.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Pytest.

- Good understanding of POM and automation framework design.

- Experience with Web/Desktop Automation.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/Jenkins and Git.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.

- Ability to write effective prompts, validate AI-generated code, and optimize outputs for maintainability and quality.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
