Role : Senior QA Automation Engineer.

Remote and Need to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement test automation for voice/NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.

- Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage.

- Integrate tests into CI/CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.

- Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.

- Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.

Ideal Background :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years in QA or test automation, including 2+ years testing AI/ML/NLP systems.

- Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.

- Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and API testing using Postman or equivalent.

- Skilled in Git, Jenkins, GitLab Bamboo, GitHub, CI/CD, and testing in cloud and microservices environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, scalable test automation architecture and agentic AI agent-based systems.
