Job Description
Role : Strong Senior QA Automation / SDET Engineer Profile :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright to increase test coverage and execution speed.
- Collaborate with developers to identify critical test scenarios and integrate automated suites into the deployment pipeline to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Conduct thorough root-cause analysis of defects to provide actionable insights that improve overall product stability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation coding standards and test design patterns to elevate the collective technical proficiency of the QA team.
- Optimize existing test scripts to reduce maintenance overhead and improve the efficiency of regression testing cycles.
Mandatory Experience :
- Must have 4+ YOE in Automation QA Testing.
- Must have proven experience with Playwright/Selenium for end-to-end test automation and strong hands-on experience with Java or JavaScript.
- Must have strong proficiency in TestNG and/or JUnit.
Mandatory Core Skills :
- Solid understanding of QA principles, testing strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
