Shift : 12 : 00 PM 9 : 00 PM IST.

Working Days : 5 Days/Week.

Role Overview :

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for embedding quality-first principles across Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build & maintain automation frameworks (UI, APIs, Mobile, NFR).

- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitLab).

- Drive functional & non-functional testing (performance, security, compatibility).

- Perform contract testing, exploratory/manual testing where required.

- Collaborate with developers, DevOps & product teams for shift-left testing.

- Ensure quality governance, reduce technical debt & improve maintainability.

- Communicate technical decisions clearly across tech & non-tech audiences.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong coding in JavaScript/TypeScript; BDD with Cucumber.

- Hands-on with Playwright (UI), Postman/RestAssured/Bruno (API).

- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.

- Contract testing, stubbing, mocking, & test data management.

- Non-functional testing with Artillery/JMeter.

- Cross-browser testing (Browserstack) & Accessibility tools (Axe, Lambda).

- Source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab).

- SQL for backend validation.

- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes; cloud (Azure/GCP).

- Agile experience with Jira, Confluence.

- Strong mentoring, leadership, decision-making & collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Mobile Automation (Appium).

- Cloud/Infra exposure : Terraform, GCP/Azure.
