Role Overview :

As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at PREVAJ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions.

This is a hybrid role, where you will engage in both manual and automation testing. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, implementing robust automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless CI/CD integration. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and user experience.

- Conduct manual testing (functional, regression, integration, and system testing) to detect and resolve defects.

- Develop and maintain efficient automation frameworks using Selenium Java, Gradle, Spring, BDD, and REST Assured.

- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (Git workflow, YAML, Azure Pipeline) to support continuous testing.

- Track, report, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, working closely with developers for timely resolution.

- Perform performance testing to evaluate application scalability, responsiveness, and load handling.

- Mentor junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated with the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven hands-on experience in Selenium Java automation.

- Proficiency with Gradle build automation tool.

- Solid understanding of Spring framework, BDD principles, and REST Assured for API testing.

- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, YAML, Azure Pipeline).

- Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- ISTQB or similar QA certifications (preferred).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
