Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for supply chain and logistics applications.
- Create automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
- Validate end-to-end supply chain workflows including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to understand business requirements and testing needs.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality and system stability.
- Develop and execute CI/CD-based automated testing pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirement reviews, and release activities.
- Analyze test results, generate quality metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices and automation standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, methodologies, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation testing with exposure to enterprise supply chain systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- ISTQB or relevant QA certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or product-based environments.
