Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Manager

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst or Test Manager with strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing testing processes, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience in the Private Capital industry and tools like Investran will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and execute comprehensive, well-defined test cases and test scripts

- Perform functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing

- Identify, log, and track defects ensuring clear and well-structured bug reporting

- Highlight testing risks to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution

- Manage client interactions and provide testing updates

- Contribute to test automation initiatives (advantageous)

- Ensure quality assurance best practices and standards are met

Mandatory Skills :

- 610 years of QA/testing experience in the banking domain

- Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing

- Proficient in creating and executing detailed test cases

- Strong defect reporting and risk assessment skills

- Good client-facing and self-management abilities

Preferred / Advantageous Skills :

- Experience in the Private Capital industry and/or Investran

- Experience in cloud-based application testing

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)

- Test automation experience
