Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/Test Lead with strong expertise in ERP Functional Testing, UAT, Test Management, System Testing, Integration Testing, Jira, and Test Artifacts Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing complex ERP applications, managing end-to-end testing activities, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for ERP applications and business processes.

- Perform ERP Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, developers, and project teams during UAT cycles.

- Manage defect lifecycle using Jira and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Validate business workflows, data integrity, and system integrations.

- Prepare and maintain test artifacts including:

i. Test Plans

ii. Test Cases

iii. Test Scenarios

iv. Traceability Matrix (RTM)

v. Defect Reports

vi. Test Summary Reports

- Review requirements and provide test effort estimations.

- Ensure testing standards, processes, and quality metrics are followed.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project status reporting.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

- Strong experience in ERP Functional Testing.

- Hands-on experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Expertise in Test Management and Test Planning.

- Experience in System Testing and Integration Testing.

- Strong knowledge of Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Experience in creating and managing test artifacts and documentation.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Management Lifecycle.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with test management tools like Zephyr, TestRail, or HP ALM.

- Exposure to automation testing concepts.

- Experience in enterprise application testing.
