Senior QA Engineer - Automation Testing

What We're Looking For Core Skills:

- 5+ years of QA experience with proven team management or QA leadership

- Track record of owning QA strategy across projects, not just executing tests

- Advanced proficiency in Playwright (web) and Appium + WebdriverIO (mobile) with JavaScript/Node.js and BDD

- Hands-on non-functional testing experience - load, performance, and security

- Strong CI/CD integration experience and ability to set technical direction

- Strong stakeholder communication - comfortable engaging engineering leads, PMs, and clients

- Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile delivery

Preferred Skills:

- Experience introducing AI-driven QA tooling into a team and measuring impact

- Hands-on with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp) and performance tools (k6, JMeter)

- Background in client-facing or consulting delivery environments

- Exposure to database testing and automation at scale
