Description :

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of our Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym platform, including environments, agents, and training workflows.

Shift Time : 8 hours per day with overlap of 4 hours with PST.

What does day to day life look like?

- Design and execute test strategies for RL environments and pipelines

- Validate reward logic, state transitions, and environment behavior

- Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Python-based)

- Ensure reproducibility and data integrity of experiments

- Perform API, integration, and performance testing

- Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to identify edge cases

Requirements :

- 5+ years of full-time QA experience

- Strong Python coding and test automation skills (PyTest or similar)

- Understanding of QA methodologies and debugging

- Basic knowledge of Reinforcement Learning concepts

- Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and distributed systems

- Experience working on ML / AI-based projects

- Strong experience in test automation and SQL

- Backend QA experience (API, services, data validation)
