Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Python, Robot Framework, and Telecom/OSS systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, validating complex orchestration flows, and ensuring the robustness of REST APIs within cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.

- Perform validation and functional testing of REST APIs, backend services, and orchestration workflows.

- Lead QA efforts in the Telecom/OSS domain, working closely with development and product teams.

- Use Docker and Kubernetes for environment management and integration of automation pipelines.

- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and monitor results for continuous feedback.

- Investigate test failures, analyze logs, and debug issues across distributed systems.

- Utilize tools like Postman, Bruno, or Wiremock for service simulation and mocking.

- Maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and automation best practices.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in QA Automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Robot Framework.

- Solid understanding of the Telecom domain (OSS/BSS, orchestration flows, etc.).

- Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs and backend systems.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.

- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with JMeter or k6 for performance/load testing.

- Familiarity with Temporal, Postgres, Splunk, New Relic.

- Experience using Postman, Bruno, or Wiremock for API testing.

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting is a plus.
