We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer with a deep specialization in the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the testing strategy and executing both automated and manual tests for complex Salesforce implementations. With 7-8 years of experience, you will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring that our Salesforce-driven business processes are robust, scalable, and defect-free.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Planning : Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning applications.

- Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Provar, or Playwright specifically tailored for Salesforces dynamic DOM and Shadow DOM elements.

- Salesforce Validation : Validate complex integrations, Apex triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and complex workflow rules/flows.

- Regression Testing : Maintain an extensive automated regression suite to ensure platform stability during monthly releases and seasonal Salesforce upgrades.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate functional requirements into detailed test cases.

- Mentorship : Provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers and advocate for testing best

Technical Requirements :

- Experience : 7-8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Salesforce Expertise : Must have hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

- Automation Skills : Strong proficiency in Java or Python with advanced experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or specialized tools like Provar/Copado).

- Salesforce Tools : Familiarity with Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Data Loader.

- API Testing : Proven experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.

- CI/CD : Experience integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions).

- Environment Management : Knowledge of Salesforce Sandbox management and deployment processes (Changesets, SFDX).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL.
