As a Senior Python DevOps Engineer at NCG, you will play a key role in optimizing deployment pipelines, automating processes, and scaling infrastructure to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve availability.

- Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the SDLC.

- Automate workflows and processes using Python, Flask, or Django to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting solutions to maintain production system reliability.

- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.

- Support initiatives related to AI/ML pipelines and Generative AI deployments, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 69 years of experience in DevOps engineering with strong Python development skills.

- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible.

- Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, SQL) and data pipelines.

- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and Generative AI productionization (highly desirable).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
