Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) techniques and methodologies

- Hands-on experience with Software Testing and Quality Assurance

- Knowledge of Electronics and hardware integration

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

- Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles is a plus

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions primarily using Python.

- Conduct Research and Development (R&D) to explore new technologies, improve existing systems, and drive innovation.

- Perform thorough software testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications.

- Collaborate closely with electronics teams to integrate software with hardware components seamlessly.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Work cross-functionally with various teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver integrated software solutions.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
