Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer (L6) based in Bangalore, you will spearhead the architecture and development of high-scale data platforms and intelligent systems. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our data pipelines and the sophistication of our AI-driven features, ensuring that our platform remains at the cutting edge of performance and innovation for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-performance backend services using Python, Flask, Django, and FastAPI to ensure seamless integration across our distributed systems.

- Design and optimize complex ETL pipelines leveraging Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Airflow to process massive datasets, providing reliable data foundations for downstream analytics.

- Engineer event-driven architectures using Kafka to facilitate real-time data streaming and inter-service communication, enhancing system responsiveness.

- Lead the integration of LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks into production environments, enabling advanced generative AI capabilities that solve critical user pain points.

- Mentor junior engineering talent and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship and architectural integrity across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python frameworks including Flask, Django, and FastAPI, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and API design.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale data ecosystems using Hadoop, Spark, and Apache Airflow, ensuring data consistency and pipeline reliability in high-throughput environments.

- Advanced proficiency in implementing real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka and designing scalable microservices architectures.

- Hands-on experience deploying Generative AI models and Agentic AI workflows, with a clear understanding of how to optimize LLM performance for enterprise applications.
