About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and Docker to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have experience designing REST APIs, deploying containerized applications, and working in cloud-native environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django.

- Build secure, scalable, and reusable RESTful APIs.

- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and product stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where required.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of applications.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- Strong experience with the Django framework.

- Experience in developing REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).

- Strong understanding of Docker and containerization.

- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.

- Experience with Linux-based development environments.

- Strong knowledge of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
