Senior Python Developer - Django Framework

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and scalable backend services while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Build RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.

- Collaborate with the front-end development team for seamless integration of user interfaces.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.

- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

- Implement automated testing and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 3 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django and DRF.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong command of Python programming.

- Deep understanding of the Django web framework and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Experience in building RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ORM (Object Relational

Mapper).

- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of Docker, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with asynchronous programming and task scheduling tools.

- Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
