Key Responsibilities :

- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and develop low-latency, highly available, and high-performance applications.

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external partner integrations.

- Implement security measures and ensure data protection.

- Debug applications, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions.

- Design scalable database schemas and optimize database queries to support business processes.

- Develop web applications using Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

- Delegate tasks, establish deadlines, and monitor team performance.

- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to plan, design, and develop applications.

- Monitor project progress and report on team performance.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Python development.

- Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework : Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of version control systems such as Git.

- Experience in team leadership and mentoring to drive projects towards successful completion.
