Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python / Backend Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. You will also play a key role in technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Design : Design, build, and optimize highly scalable, reliable Python-based microservices and applications.

- Technical Leadership : Lead complex backend projects, define technical requirements, and conduct rigorous code reviews.

- Collaboration & Mentorship : Partner with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver seamless features. Mentor and guide junior engineers.

- Performance & DevOps : Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement robust CI/CD and testing strategies.

What We Are Looking For :

- Core Expertise : 5-6 years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Python (preferably FastAPI, or Django/Flask).

- Databases : Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- CS Fundamentals : Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design patterns, and cloud security best practices.

- Soft Skills : Proven experience leading technical projects and excellent communication skills.
