Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated backend systems and AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, maintainable code. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical roadmap of our core platforms, ensuring that our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and capable of delivering significant value to our end users. You will be expected to drive architectural decisions and mentor junior team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to complex problem-solving in a fast-paced Bangalore-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-throughput backend services using Python and FastAPI to support mission-critical business operations.

- Integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence models into production environments to enhance platform capabilities and user decision-making.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and stored procedures within SQL Server to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval.

- Deploy and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure services to ensure high availability and performance for global users.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React.js interfaces with backend APIs, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

- Lead code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high standards of software quality and architectural consistency across the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Python and FastAPI with 8 - 18 years of relevant software development experience.

- Proven ability to design and implement AI-integrated solutions that solve real-world business problems.

- Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing SQL Server databases for large-scale data environments.

- Hands-on experience in architecting and deploying solutions within the Azure ecosystem, including service bus, functions, and cloud storage.

- Solid understanding of modern frontend integration using React.js to create cohesive full-stack applications.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, demonstrating strong self-management and team collaboration skills.
