Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and scalable application development. The candidate will work on high-velocity AI/ML projects-ranging from predictive analytics and recommendation engines to generative AI platforms-where fast delivery and iteration are critical.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Develop : Build robust Python-based applications for AI/ML, data processing, and automation.

- Model Integration : Implement, fine-tune, and deploy ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.

- Data Engineering : Work with structured/unstructured datasets, build pipelines (ETL, real-time streaming), and optimize data processing.

- Fast Iterations : Deliver MVPs and Proof-of-Concepts quickly, balancing speed with scalability.

- Cloud Deployment : Implement and deploy ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker/Kubernetes.

- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, frontend engineers (React), and product owners to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

- Automation & Performance : Optimize ML workflows, implement MLOps (CI/CD for ML), and automate retraining pipelines.

- Mentorship : Guide junior developers, share best practices, and enforce coding and testing standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Python development, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML-focused projects.

- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django for API and microservices.

- Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience with data engineering tools (Pandas, Spark, Airflow, Kafka).

- Hands-on with cloud-native ML deployments (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC, CI/CD).

- Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle - from model training to monitoring in production.

- Exposure to generative AI, NLP, or computer vision is a strong plus.
