Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Developer at Haparz, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our core AI platform. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable code. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our solutions, enabling our clients to achieve significant improvements in their operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement new features and functionalities for our AI platform, ensuring high performance and scalability for our global client base.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable Python code, adhering to industry best practices to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.

- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, enabling real-time data analysis and decision-making.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, improving the efficiency and reliability of our software development process.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Flask/Django.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and robust software solutions, showcasing a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), enabling efficient data processing and storage.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software development principles.
