Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-concurrency microservices using FastAPI (preferred) that handle complex asynchronous I/O orchestration.

- Build and optimize event-driven architectures using message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS).

- Work with modern databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and big data technologies like Databricks and Iceberg.

- Implement real-time features using WebSockets (Socket.io) and asynchronous programming patterns (asyncio).

- Ensure services are production-grade, scalable, and observable when deployed on Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.

- Write clean, testable code and follow best practices for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Must-Have Requirements :

- Strong expertise in Python with recent hands-on experience building microservices using FastAPI.

- Proven experience developing and maintaining production systems serving 10,000+ active users.

- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio) and orchestration of high-concurrency I/O-heavy workloads.

- Hands-on experience with message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS).

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Exposure to Databricks or Iceberg is a plus.
