We are looking for Senior Python Developer to join our team at our customer's location in in London with a required five-day presence in the office. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of hands-on experience with Python, database (MS SQL Server) & Snowflake.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business teams to understand current application architecture and data workflows.

- Conduct thorough data analysis and assist in identifying key data sources.

- Support the ingestion of data into Snowflake from various structured and unstructured sources.

- Design and implement efficient and scalable data transformation processes to support quantitative models.

- Develop and enhance solutions to improve data quality and consistency.

- Use Python to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.

- Optimize existing database queries and procedures for performance and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards across all stages of data handling.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python is required.

- Expertise in MS SQL Server (including T-SQL, performance tuning, stored procedures).

- Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable.

- Good understanding of data transformation, data modelling, and data quality improvement.

- Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools using Python-based frameworks.

- And most importantly, you are a team player, you are open-minded and have a positive approach to challenges.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills & good analytical skills.
