Role Overview :

As a Senior Python Automation Tester at our Hyderabad office, you will spearhead the design and execution of sophisticated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of high-stakes enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define quality standards and automate complex workflows. Your work will directly influence the stability of our platforms, ensuring that our clients receive seamless, high-performance digital experiences while maintaining the integrity of our CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and PyTest to accelerate the delivery of high-quality software releases.

- Design comprehensive test suites using Selenium and Playwright to ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent user interface performance.

- Execute rigorous API testing to validate backend services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between integrated systems.

- Manage end-to-end test lifecycles within an Agile environment, collaborating with developers to identify and resolve bottlenecks early in the development cycle.

- Optimize CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests with Jenkins and Git to facilitate continuous deployment and rapid feedback loops.

- Perform complex database validation and data integrity checks using SQL to ensure backend accuracy across various application modules.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building automation frameworks from scratch using Python, with a deep understanding of PyTest and modern testing methodologies.

- Proven ability to implement UI automation strategies using Selenium and Playwright for complex, dynamic web applications.

- Strong proficiency in API testing tools and methodologies to verify service-oriented architectures.

- Advanced SQL skills for backend data verification and complex query execution.

- Extensive experience managing code repositories via Git and orchestrating automated builds through Jenkins within CI/CD environments.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical quality metrics to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within distributed Agile teams.

- Candidates must possess 8 to 11 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/on-site environment at our Hyderabad facility, maintaining high standards of productivity and team engagement.
