Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Application Architect/Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications for global clients.

This role is ideal for technology leaders who can combine strong application architecture expertise with modern analytics and AI capabilities to build innovative, scalable, and business-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python application development, cloud-native architectures, enterprise integration, and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Define and drive application architecture for enterprise-scale platforms and solutions.

- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance activities.

- Establish development standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.

Application Development & Engineering :

- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Python.

- Architect APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

- Ensure system reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

Analytics & Business Intelligence Integration :

- Design solutions integrating with enterprise analytics ecosystems.

5. Reporting Architectures

- Support data-driven business processes through scalable analytical platforms.

Cloud Architecture :

- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on:

- Drive cloud modernization, scalability, security, and performance optimization initiatives.

Performance & Scalability :

- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct architecture assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implement best practices for application security and operational efficiency.

Innovation & AI Enablement :

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including Generative AI solutions.

- Design intelligent systems that leverage modern AI frameworks and architectures.

- Support enterprise adoption of AI-powered applications and automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 15+ years of experience in software engineering and application architecture.

- Deep expertise in Python application development.
