About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI solutions for global clients. This role requires strong expertise in Python engineering, hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices.

- Architect and build GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.

- Design and implement LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration systems.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions in production.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions.

- Drive adoption of latest GenAI tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in Python development with scalable backend systems.

- Strong knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

- Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.

- Expertise in designing multi-agent workflows, prompt pipelines, and tool integrations.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.

- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and production systems.

- Experience in leading teams and working with enterprise/global clients.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Experience interacting with non-technical stakeholders.

- High ownership and ability to work independently in remote environments.
