Role Overview :

As a Sr Project Manager - Infrastructure & Integration Services, you will be at the forefront of driving complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, enabling the organization to operate smoothly and innovate effectively. This role is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives, translating business needs into actionable project plans.

- Oversee the integration of new systems and technologies with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.

- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, system integrations, and network upgrades.

- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and security.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Nutanix), and SAP integration.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders.
