We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for a global digital services organization operating in AI-driven data operations and large-scale delivery programs. Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict adherence to SLAs and delivery timelines

- Drive performance governance through KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting

- Lead and mentor managers, team leads, and cross-functional teams

- Ensure quality assurance, risk mitigation, and escalation management

- Establish and standardize SOPs, documentation frameworks, and compliance processes

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients

- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements

- Ensure productivity optimization, cost control, and resource planning

- Maintain strong communication channels across delivery, operations, and business teams
