Banking Domain Preferred

Skills (Must Have) :

- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the banking domain

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks : Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban

- Proven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication

- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

- Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums)

- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments

- Experience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planning

- Skilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definition

- Capable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadership

- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Skills (Good to have) :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

- Hands-on experience managing distributed or remote teams

Role & Responsibility :

- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improve

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized

- Track and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environment

- Manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client expectations

- Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organization

- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in a SAFe environment to manage dependencies
