Project Manager - Job Description

- Looking for an 8+ years' experience as project manager with good client-facing skills and should be able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment.

- Managing the project related information like project meetings, delivery plan, Status Report, Traceability matrix, Issues and Risks management, Change Management, Milestones, QA, project budget, Schedule Management and Leave Approvals and work with the Delivery Manager on strategic projects.

- Experienced in managing Planning and tracking project progress in JIRA tool

- Playing the role of Scrum Master and working with Product Owner and Scrum Team.

- Played the role of Scrum coach for other scrum teams to make sure the sprints are running without impediments.

- Tracking project dependencies outside of the project team's control and escalating issues as necessary.

- Monitoring and controlling the project budget.

- Team KM &Process improvement SPOC and PI champion for different portfolio.

- Facilitated team training & certification plan and practices of Agile and Scrum.

- Scheduled and facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective meetings.

- Removed impediments and resolved conflicts. Radiated information to ensure transparency.

- Supported the Product Owner to ensure the backlog has sufficient prioritized user stories at a "ready" status to stay ahead of the Team.

- Ensured Burn-up or Burn-down charts are available and accurate.

- Logistics domain experience will be an added advantage

- Should be strong in stake holder management

- Should understand & follow the technical aspects of the project and able to translate to client on need basis

- If Business Visa available, it will be an added advantage
