Role : Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects that span multiple departments or functions. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while remaining aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. The SPM oversees the full project lifecycle-including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure-and also mentors junior project managers to uplift PMO performance.

Job Specification :

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Management, Business, or a related field

- 7 to 10 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the banking or finance sector

- Proven ability to manage top-performing teams

- Experience in senior-level stakeholder and vendor management

- Skilled in preparing detailed reports and delivering presentations

- Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments
