Skills (Must Have) :

- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the banking domain.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks : Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

- Proven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.

- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

- Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).

- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments.

- Experience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planning.

- Skilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definition.

- Capable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadership.

- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Skills (Good to have) :

- PMP certification is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Hands-on experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Role & Responsibility :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, etc.).

- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improve.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.

- Track and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environment.

- Manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client expectations.

- Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organization.

- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in a SAFe environment to manage dependencies.

Qualification :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
