Description :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery excellence for our gaming development teams. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven project management experience in a product or gaming environment, with deep expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks, JIRA management, and analytical reporting.

This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, ensure sprint discipline, and provide actionable insights through structured reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple concurrent game development projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Product, Design, Development, QA, and Art - to align project goals and timelines.

- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure team accountability.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide clear visibility to leadership through reports and dashboards.

- Own and optimize JIRA workflows, ensuring accurate backlog tracking, sprint velocity, and issue management.

- Create and maintain project dashboards, sprint reports, and KPIs to track progress and identify improvement areas.

- Foster collaboration, remove blockers, and enable efficient communication between stakeholders.

- Partner with leadership to plan product releases, monitor milestones, and track post-release performance.

- Continuously improve project delivery processes and Agile practices across teams.

Desired Experience & Qualifications :

- 610 years of total experience, with at least 4+ years in project management / delivery within gaming or product-based companies.

- Proven success managing Agile / Scrum-based development projects end-to-end.

- Advanced proficiency in JIRA (mandatory) - dashboard creation, sprint management, reporting automation.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, SharePoint, and Confluence.

- Hands-on experience in project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred.

- Exposure to gaming production cycles, live operations, or product release management is a strong plus.
