The Opportunity :

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Professional Services (PS) Architect and play a crucial role in implementing our innovative solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. You'll be at the forefront of transforming financial operations through AI and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Lead successful implementations of platform for enterprise customers globally

- Serve as a subject matter expert on our AP and AR products and their applications

- Develop and maintain scalable, repeatable deployment methodologies

- Manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously

- Collaborate across time zones with cross-functional teams

- Partner with business units to deliver exceptional value to clients

- Champion technological vision and principles

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in client-facing Professional Services roles, implementing SaaS applications for Fortune 1000 companies

- Proven expertise in integrating SaaS solutions with CFO office systems (ERPs, procurement systems, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

- In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes across various industries

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and applications

- Advanced understanding of Enterprise Email systems and protocols

- Extensive experience with system integrations, APIs, and data transfer methodologies

- Strong background in business process management and workflow automation

- Flexibility to work hours overlapping with Pacific Time (US) for 6+ hours daily

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Workday Financial Management, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP

- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS delivery models

- Located in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, India
