How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities :

- You will define product requirements and write detailed user stories

- You will manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value

- You will collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and quality delivery

- You will oversee release planning and coordinate deployment activities

- You will maintain technical documentation, specifications, and SOPs

- You will monitor platform performance and address stability issues proactively

What Will Help You Be Successful?

Experience, Education & Certifications :

- 10+ years' experience in product management

- A degree in computer science, engineering, or business-related studies

- Previous experience in product leadership or senior analyst role is required

- Financial services and investment management experience in a previous role is preferred

Technical Skills :

- Proficient with basic Office tools and reporting

- Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies, Scrum/AGILE SDM, experience leveraging large language models (LLMs), APIs, SQL, JIRA.

- Extensive experience authoring technical documentation, user stories, technical specs, SOPs, and similar capital

- Understanding of and experience with release management

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Able to think on your feet and prioritize team priorities in a dynamic environment

- Understand and simplify business and technical subject matter; bridge technical and product teams

- Lead by example and champion best practices in a collegial way
