- Search Strategy and Roadmap : Define the product vision and roadmap for search, aligning with business objectives.
- Search Relevance and Ranking : Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance discoverability.
- Personalization and AI/ML Integration : Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior.
- Search Funnel Optimization : Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive conversion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to deliver an intuitive and high-performing search experience.
- Metrics and Performance Tracking : Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation : Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively.
Requirements :
- 4 to 6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search.
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving.
- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus
