Job Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead customer style Patient Services and HCP Portal product strategy. This role is responsible for defining product vision, driving roadmap execution, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, patient access needs, and delivery teams.
The Senior Product Manager operates at a strategic level, partnering closely with customer stakeholders, HUB operations, commercial teams, and technology leadership, while guiding Product Owners and ensuring high quality, compliant delivery across Salesforce based platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Patient Services and HCP Portal capabilities.
- Serve as the primary product partner to customer business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program goals and patient access strategies.
- Translate business objectives into prioritized roadmaps and outcomes, guiding Product Owners on execution.
- Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce based platforms, including HCP Portals, enrollment, benefits verification, copay, prior authorization, case management, and ongoing support.
- Balance short term delivery needs with long term platform strategy and scalability.
- Ensure products align with customer governance, compliance, and quality standards, including HIPAA, data privacy, and GxP.
- Review and approve epics, features, and high level requirements prior to execution.
- Partner with delivery leadership to manage dependencies, risks, and cross program alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement across product processes, delivery predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Mentor Product Owners and BAs, setting standards for product thinking, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support QBRs, roadmap reviews, and executive level product discussions.
Required Qualifications :
- 8 plus years of experience in Product Management, with strong exposure to pharma patient services and HUB models.
- Proven experience supporting large enterprise customer patient access programs.
- Deep understanding of HCP Portals and provider facing workflows.
- Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders.
- Experience working effectively in offshore and onshore delivery models.
- Strong decision making, prioritization, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience directly supporting large enterprise pharma customers.
- Experience with platform modernization, integrations, and third-party HUB vendors.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI enabled patient services solutions.
- SAFe Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute, or similar certification.
