Key Responsibilities :
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade, cloud-native SaaS solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and high-performance architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into well-defined technical requirements, API specifications, and product deliverables.
- Leverage telemetry, usage analytics, and A/B testing to derive actionable insights that guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Drive product discovery through technical deep dives understanding system integrations, data flows, and API dependencies to inform decisions.
- Manage complex trade-offs involving scalability, performance, and security while ensuring seamless user experience and business value alignment.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product releases, ensuring quantifiable impact on user adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with DevOps and architecture teams to ensure seamless CI/CD deployment, observability, and high system uptime.
- Lead product development from 0?1 to 1?N, ensuring consistent technical documentation, release governance, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in building or scaling data-driven, workflow-intensive, and multi-tenant products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations.
- Proficiency in defining PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Analytical expertise : experience with SQL, product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), and data visualization.
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineers on system design, API schemas, and performance trade-offs.
- Strong background in prioritization, roadmap management, and stakeholder alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A builders mindset capable of driving innovation from concept through iterative scaling.
Nice to Have :
- Experience across the entire product lifecycle from discovery, MVP development, GTM to post-launch optimization.
- Exposure to AI/ML or data-centric products, with an understanding of model lifecycle management and ethical AI principles.
- Experience integrating products with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, IAM, or data warehouses).
- Strong analytical acumen with ability to balance technical feasibility, customer value, and business ROI.
- Demonstrated ownership and leadership potential ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with limited oversight
