About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Openlink Endur and deep understanding of the Energy & Commodities Trading and Risk Management (E/CTRM) domain.

You will work closely with clients, drive product roadmaps, define business solutions, and deliver value through structured consulting and solutioning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Product Management & Consulting for Openlink Endur

- Engage with global clients to understand business challenges & trading workflows

- Define product vision, roadmap, user stories & acceptance criteria

- Partner with Engineering, QA & Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Conduct business workshops, requirement-gathering & functional analysis

- Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications

- Influence & manage multiple stakeholders across business & technology

- Create and deliver product demos, workflow documentation & presentations

- Identify optimization opportunities & drive product/process innovation

- Support pre-sales engagements proposals, estimation & solutioning

- Mentor junior PMs / BAs & define best practices

Must-Have Skills :

- 8-14 years in Product Management / Business Analysis / Strategy

- Deep hands-on expertise in Openlink Endur

- Strong understanding of E/CTRM lifecycle trading, risk, settlements, logistics

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management

- Strong analytical, storytelling & problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in cross-functional agile environments

Good-to-Have :

- Exposure to other CTRM tools RightAngle | Allegro | EKA

- MBA preferred (Energy Management a plus)

- Experience leading & mentoring junior members

- Exposure to product design concepts

Domain & Tools Knowledge :

- Openlink Endur (Deep functional knowledge)

- CTRM trade lifecycle, risk, settlements, logistics

- Knowledge of energy & commodity markets
